毛叶板凳果生物学特性及扦插繁殖技术研究

摘要 对云南野生毛叶板凳果的生物学特性进行观察,发现毛叶板凳果与顶花板凳果相比,其花序腋生,叶背密生绒毛,叶脉尤其明显,生殖生产量的多少与光照多少关系密切。从采集的实验材料观察,毛叶板凳果叶背绒毛变化虽与植株生长期有关,但绒毛量仍明显较板凳果的要多。对毛叶板凳果地上茎和地下茎分别扦插实验,二者均可用于无性繁殖,扦插成活率(约75%)无明显差异。α-NAA3个浓度扦插实验表明其对毛叶板凳果地上、地下部插穗的生根无明显差异,方差分析结果不显著。红壤、腐叶土+红壤、珍珠岩+腐叶土3种扦插基质对毛叶板凳果地上、地下部扦插实验,结果表明毛叶板凳果对扦插基质的要求不高,可根据繁殖地实际情况选择价廉物美、易于取得的扦插基质。 The research focused on the biology of Yunnan wild Pachysandra bodinieri and its cutting propagation technique. Comparing to P. terminalis, P. bodinieri has axillary inflorescence, and dense tomentum at the back of leaves, especially on the veins. The reproduction ability of P. bodinieri closely relies on the sunlight. The cutting experiment of terrestrial stems and subterranean stems showed that there was no obvious difference between the survival rates (about 75%), and both of them can be used for asexual reproduction. There were no obvious differences among three concentrations of α-NAA for the roots regeneration. The result of variance analysis was not significant. Three different substances of red soil, rotten leaf soil and red soil, perlite and rotten leaf soil also had no distinct differences for the stem cutting. Cutting matrix could be easily chosen according to the actual situation.
