摘要
本文主要探讨 HIPS,ABS,PP 三类树脂的阻燃机理,阻燃方法的选择,阻燃剂的筛选以及阻燃剂间的协同效应。实验表明:对于热塑性塑料添加有机卤化物是可行的,添加溴系阻燃剂的阻燃效果为最佳。采用复配法可产生良好的协同效应,从而提高制品的阻燃性,制品的成本降低,制品的性能不变。添加阻燃剂的 HIPS、ABS、PP 制品的阻燃性可达到 FV—0级,GB2408—80/Ⅰ级,CB2408—80/Ⅱ和电子工业部 SJ2484—84标准,可广泛应用于制作家用电器配件。
In this peper,the flame retardant mechanism of HIPS,ABS,and PP,Se-lecting flame retarding methods and flame retardants,and synergistic effectsbetween them are discussed chiefly.The experimental results show that addition of organic halides in thermo- plastics is leasable for flame—retardation.The effect of bromine—containingflame retardants is the best.Blending Various appropriate flame retardants asone—package,a good synergistic effect can be achieved,and the flame retar-dance of plastic poducts may he enhanced,its cost may be reduced,while theproperties of products are unchanged.The flame retardance of HIPS,ABS andPP products containing those flame retardants come up to the standards for FV—O grade,Ⅰ—and Ⅱ—grade in GB2408—80 and Electronic Industry MinistryStandard SZ-2484-84,and can widcly satisfied for making household applianceparts.
