摘要
本文详细讨论了动态硫化法 PVC 为基础的热塑性弹体(TPE)的配方,制备工艺及其对 TPE 性能的影响,通过加入第三高聚物组份,利用动态硫化法形成了“协同网络结构的 TPE。性能测试表明:该 TPE 的物理机械性能优于 NBR 硫化胶及 NBR/PVC 硫化胶,其高温蠕变性大大提高,并具有优良的重复加工性能,且成本低廉。
The processes and recipes of the PVC-based thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)which prepared by Dynamic Vulcanizing method are investigated.Incorporatingof the third polymer component,the“synergistic networks”are created duri-ng dynamic vulcanization.The vulcanized NBR and vulcanized greatly impro-ved.The reprocessability of the TPE produced is also improved and lesscosted.
