A Study of Rheological Property of PMMA Molding Powder

用 Instron3211流变仪在合适的切变速率和温度条件下测定了三种 PMMA 模塑料的表现粘度,流动活化能及流变曲线,考察了其非牛顿性,讨论了影响其流变性能的几种因素,为 PMMA 板材挤出提供了有关的流变性能参数。

By using INSTRON 3211 rheometer,apparent viscosity,flow activationenergy and rheologieal curves of three kinds of PMMA molding powders weredetermined under appropriate shear rates and,temperatures,their non-Newto-nian property was investigated.Some factors which affect the rheologieal pro-perty of PMMA were also discussed.Rheological parameters for extrudingPMMA Sheets were presented.
