摘要
本文研究了交联线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)泡沫板材的挤出配方和加工工艺条件,并讨论了配方和加工工艺条件对 LLDPE 复合物流动性的影响。实验结果表明,采用化学发泡二步法,将 LLDPE 与交联剂、发泡剂等其它助剂混合,造粒,并通过挤出机挤出板材,然后在常温下使板材交联和发泡可制得表现密度为201kg/m^3,拉伸强度为1.62MPa、断裂伸长率为236%和厚度为7~9mm 的 LLDPE 泡沫板材。
Formulation and processing of crosslinking linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)foamed sheet were studied with the“two stage”chemical foamingmethod and the effects of formulation and processing conditions on the flo-wability of the LLDPE compounds were discussed.Experimental results showedthat 7-9mm thickness extruded LLPDE foam sheet can be produced with appare-nt density 201-223kg/m^3,tensile strength 1.62MPa and elongation 236% bythis“two-stage”method.
