A Study on the Heat Resistance of Plastic Parts Used for Household Appliance with Ball Indentation Test

本文介绍了球压试验法研究家用电器塑料部停耐热性能,对 IEC335—1—84第30章《耐热性能试验》方法作了某些补充,改进了球压实验装置,增加了检测手段,并提出了电冰箱、电风扇、空调器中不同类型的塑料部件的耐热特性曲线。

In this paper,a study on the heat resistance of plastic parts used for house-hold appliance with ball indentation test was introduced.Some supplementsto chapter 30“Heat Resistance Test”of IEC 355-1-84 were made.Also,theball indentation testing apparatus was improved with incorporation of some tes-ting devices.The characteristic curves of heat resistance of plastic partsused for refrigerators,electric fans,and air conditioners were presented.
