摘要 本文采用 ELvaloy741、EVA 作为 PVC/LLDPE 共混物的增容剂,用机械共混法制样,研究了增容剂含量对共混物的力学性能、熔体流动性能及相态结构的影响。实验结果表明,增容剂含量对共混物的上述三种性能影响呈现一定的规律性,增容剂含量适当,能不同程度地改善共混体系的力学和加工性能。 The compatibilizing effects of EVA-g-VC on the PVC/LDPE blends hasbeen investigated.The blends are prepared with the pershearing blending me-thod using a Haake Rheometer.Through the tests with Instron,Optical micros-cope,SEM and DTA,it is indicated that the EVA-g-VC acts as a good compa-tibilizer for the PVC/LDPE blends.The dispersing phase domain of LDPE in the PVC/LDPE(50/50)blendsdecreases with inereasing of the content of EVA-g-VC.The influence of(EVA-g-VC)_H containing 56.3% VC on the strength of PVC/LDPE blend is largerthan that Containing 26.0% VC,but influence on the breaking elongation is lessthan the lower VC-contained(EVA-g-VC)_L.The comprehensive propertiesof the PVC/LDPE(50/50)blends containing 5-10 parts of(EVA-g-VC)_H or(EVA-g-VC)_L are better.
