Research Progresses on CFCs Replacement in PUR Foam Manufacture

本文论述了聚氨酯泡沫塑料制造中氯氟烃的应用。由于氯氟烃(CFC_s)破坏大气臭氧层,1987年蒙特利尔协议决定对氯氟烃分期削减其生产和使用。本文详细叙述了国内外氯氟烃(CFC_s)替代物和替代技术的研究进展,如制造聚氯酯泡沫塑料不使用 CFC_s,在聚氯酯泡沫塑料生产中回收氯氟烃,以及开发 CFC_s 替代物等。

This paper dealt with the application of chlorofluorocarbons(CFCs)inPUR foam production.Because CFCs depletes the ozone layer in the atmo-sphere,in 1987 Montreal Protocol,it was,therefore,decided that there shouldbe a phased reduction in the production and use of CFCs.The technicalprogresses on CFCs replacement at hom and abroad,including manufacturingof PUR foam—free CFCs,recovery of CFCs during PUR foaming process anddeveloping of CFCs alternatives,etc,were described.
