摘要
本文通过工程事例,对超重型超高精度特大型机床基础的设计,参照国外设计资料并结合我国设计规范进行分 析,简述了设计过程。对在原有厂房内、复杂场地土上的机床基础的支护方案选择,大型机井的设计与施工,大 体积混凝土温度裂缝的控制与计算进行的阐述。为复杂场地地基土的支护、大体积混凝土的施工、超重型超高 精度的机床基础的设计及施工提供了成功的经验。
Based on a real project, consult information of foreign code & PRC code, a way of design of big foundation with large weight & high precision is introduced. The choice of plan with the foundation of equipment in complex soil, The count & control with the crevice for temperature of bib concrete are also discussed. It is a good idea with construction for big concrete, design of the big foundation with large weight & high precision.
