上海邮政电信移动通信系统在职职工吸烟现状调查

Investigation of current situation of smoking of employees working in Shanghai postal telecom mobile communication system

目的通过分析上海邮政电信移动通信系统（上海邮电系统）职工的吸烟行为和特点，为本领域制定针对性的控烟措施提供临床资料和依据。方法对8389名上海邮政电信移动通信系统在职职工进行吸烟行为问卷调查，对吸烟率、现在吸烟率、重度吸烟率、戒烟率、复吸率、意愿戒烟率、被动吸烟率、工作场所被动吸烟率及家庭被动吸烟率等指标进行描述性分析。结果上海邮电系统职工的吸烟率为35．81％，男性高于女性（57．09％vs0．48％，P〈0．01），现在吸烟率为34．47％，重度吸烟率为17．02％，吸烟率、现在吸烟率和重度吸烟率随年龄增长而逐渐升高，且邮政部门比电信及移动通信部门高。戒烟率为7．32％，复吸率为3．63％，被动吸烟率为61．82％，工作场所被动吸烟率为44．42％，家庭被动吸烟率为29．96％。结论上海邮电系统在职职工的吸烟率仍高，男性高于女性，并随年龄的增长逐渐增高，特别是邮政系统。但戒烟率不高，并有较高的复吸率。因此需要加快企业内部控烟制度的执行及完善，加强控烟力度，扩大控烟范围，营造良好的无烟环境，使更多的人远离烟草的危害。

Objective To provide clinical data and basis for formulating tobacco-control measures targetedly by the analysis of smoking behavior and characteristics of employees working in Shanghai postal telecom mobile communication system （SPTMCS）. Methods The smoking behavior of 8 389 employees working in SPTMCS was investigated with questionnaire＂ The indices of smoking pattern included general smoking rate, current smoking rate, heavy smoking rate, quitting smoking rate, relapse rate,initiatively quitting smoking rate, passive smoking rate, passive smoking rate in work places and families. Results The general smoking rate was 35.81%, with males （57.09%） higher than females （0.48%）. The rates of current smoking and heavy smoking were 34.47% and 17.02%, respectively. The rates of general smoking, current smoking, and heavy smoking increased gradually with the growth of the age, and were highest in the postal department. The rates of quitting smoking, relapse, passive smoking, passive smoking in work places and families were 7.32 %, 3.63 %, 61.82%, 44.42 %, and 29.96 %. Conclusions The general smoking rate of employees working in SPTMCS is still high, with males higher than females and highest in the postal department, and increases gradually with the growth of the age. The quitting smoking rate is not high but with a high relapse rate. So we should speed up the implementation and perfection of the tobacco-control measures in work places, and strengthen the efforts and expand the scope to control tobacco smoking to build a nice smoke-free environment for more people away from tobacco.
