柑橘皮中含有多种功能性物质,如色素、膳食纤维、精油、果胶和黄酮类物质等,具有很高的利用价值。本文综述了国内外对柑橘皮中功能物质提取技术的最新研究进展,并展望了其发展前景。

There are many kinds of functional compounds in citrus peel,such as natural colors,dietary fiber,essential oils,pectin,and flavonoids.In this paper,recent advances in extraction of the functional compounds in citrus peel at home and abroad were reviewed,and the prospection of the extracted methods was viewed.
