摘要
随着经济全球化和教育国际化的出现,我国非英语专业学生要求听英语讲课和讲座,用英语阅读专业文献,用英语写规范的论文,用英语直接进行他们专业相关的工作呼声日益高涨。在需求分析的基础上,我们具体分析了日本早稻田大学和大陆清华大学两个学术英语教学模式,并推出了一个适合我国大学,尤其是重点大学的学术英语教学模式。这个模式由语言强化课程、学术技能课程和专门用途课程所组成。
There is an increasing need for ESP against the background of economic globalization and educational internationali- zation. Based on the needs analysis and the analysis of the ESP programs of Waseda university and Qinghua University,we de- sign an ESP model appropriate at Chinese tertiary institutions, a model composed of language enhancement courses, academic English literacy courses and ESAP courses.
