摘要
对影响硕士研究生英语学习因素的调查分析结果表明,影响因素是多方面的,如性别、出生地、父母的受教育程度、教学质量和环境、导师的支持、学习动机、求知目标等。其中学习动机和求职目标是最重要的两个因素。在学习动机中,学习兴趣对学生的学习影响最为显著。培养学生英语学习兴趣,改善教学环境、加强导师对学生英语学习的支持等有助于研究生的英语学习。
This study examines the factors affecting the English learning of master degree pursuers. The findings show that there exist multiple factors such as gender, birthplace, parents' educational level, teaching quality, English learning environ- ment, advisor' s support, motivation, career objective and so on. Among these factors, motivation and career objective are the most significant ones. In motivation, learning interest is more encouraging compared with others. The study, therefore, sug- gests that it is important to develop student interest in English learning by using various methods. In addition, improving in- structional environment and advisors' support will contribute to students' English learning.
