摘要
提出了基于多源多时空规则的变电站拓扑检错方法。利用了变电站多源量测的冗余性优势,提出了元件、间隔、电压等级等多空间尺度的关联性规则和多时间断面的关联性规则,并给出了具体的实现方法。该方法可提高拓扑错误的辨识能力,尤其是提高无模拟量测的刀闸的辨识能力,可为调度中心提供可靠的拓扑结构。仿真算例和现场应用情况均验证了该方法的有效性。
A substation topology error identification method based on comprehensive rules, including rules in different spatial scales such as element level, bay level and voltage level as well as rules in time sequence, is presented. Utilizing the superiority in multi-source, redundancy and rapid measurement in the substation, the multi spatial scale relevant rules of element, bay and voltage level as weU as multi time sequence rules are proposed, and concrete implementationapp[u^LL l~ improve the ability to identify the topology error, especlatiy ability to identify switches without analog measurement, thus more reliable topological structure can be provided to control centre to improve the reliability of state estimation for the whole power system. Results of simulation and practical application show that the proposed method is effective.
