摘要
对核容器用A508-Ⅲ钢埋弧焊焊接接头进行了不同保温时长的焊后热处理,对熔敷金属的拉伸、冲击等力学性能进行了试验,并对基体组织进行了观察。讨论并分析了熔敷金属拉伸和冲击性能随焊后热处理保温时长的变化规律。根据试验结果,提出了熔敷金属最佳的焊后热处理制度为620℃×24 h,此时的熔敷金属具有优良的综合力学性能。
Postweld heat treatments(PWHT) with different holding time were performed on the deposited metal of A508 -Ⅲsteel welding joint with submerged arc welding.Their mechanical properties tests such as tensile test,Charpy impact test and metallography test were carried out.Effecting laws of PWHT on mechanical properties of the deposited metal were discussed and analyzed on the basis of the results.The results show that the deposited metal has the best mechanical properties when the optimal PWHT of 620℃×24 h was used.
