摘要 针对西气东输二线管道工程用基于应变设计的X80大变形钢管现场焊接技术开展研究,通过对X80大变形钢管的母材试验、焊接材料筛选、焊接接头软化和环焊工艺研究,完成了地震断裂带用焊条电弧焊工艺。通过几何补强覆盖法实现了自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊在X80大变形钢管上的应用,提高了地震断裂带的施工效率和施工质量。 The field welding technology of X80 steel pipe used in the Second West-East pipeline project was studied based on large strain deformation design.By large deformation test of base matel,welding material selection,welded joints to soften and girth welding research,shielded metal arc welding process was used in seismic fracture zone.Self-shielded flux cored wire semi-automatic welding was used to weld X80 large deformation steel by reinforcement,which improves the construction efficiency and construction quality in seismic fracture zone.
