通过对M市新型农村合作医疗基金筹集及使用情况的分析,为政府制定、调整新农合的政策和法规提供依据。
Through the analysis of the fund raising and utilization of the new rural cooperative medical care in M City,a basis is provided for the government to formulate and adjust the new rural cooperative policies and regulations.
