作为一个传统农业大国,我国有九亿农民,而自我国创立医疗保健制度开始,城乡分离,导致差距逐步增大。经过近60年的发展,如今的农村医疗体系面临着极大的挑战与机遇。如何把握新世纪下城乡一体化的进程,推进农村医疗卫生的进步,需要我们从历史的角度去审视,利用城市的优势医疗资源,转变政府职能,把握住医改的前进方向,以给广大农民带去最根本的利益。

As a traditional agricultural country,China has nine hundred million farmers.Since the health care system establishment,urban and rural separation leads gradual increase of the gap.After nearly 60 years＇ development,rural health care system is now faced with great challenges and opportunities.How to seize the opportunities in the process of urban-rural integration and the progress of rural health care,from a historical perspective,the advantages of urban health care resources should be used,the government functions be transferred and the forward direction of health reform be grasped to bring the most fundamental interests of compatriots for farmers.
