孕晚期脐带绕颈胎儿与正常胎儿脐动脉及大脑中动脉血流动力学指标对比观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨孕晚期脐带绕颈胎儿大脑中动脉(MCA)及脐动脉(UA)血流动力学变化及其在预测胎儿预后中的临床价值。方法:运用彩色多普勒超声检测31例脐带绕颈胎儿及33例正常妊娠胎儿MCA及UA血流动力学指标,包括MCA-EDV、MCA-PSV、MCA-PI、MCA-RI、UA-S/D、UA-RI。结果:脐带绕颈组与正常妊娠组MCA、UA各血流动力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孕晚期检测胎儿MCA及UA血流动力学指标尚不能作为预测脐带绕颈胎儿预后的理想指标。 Objective:To investigate clinical value of the hemodynamics indexes of fetal middle cerebral artery(MCA) and umbilical artery(UA) of cord around neck fetus in the late pregnancy period. Methods:Fetal MCA and UA hemodynamics indexes,including MCA-EDV,MCA-PSV,MCA-PI,MCA-RI,UA-S/D,UA-RI,were measured by color Doppler ultrasonography apparatus in 31 cases with cord around neck group and 33 cases with normal group. Results:The MCA and UA hemodynamics indexes had no significant differences between the cord around neck group and the normal group(P0.05). Conclusion:The examination of fetal hemodynamics indexes in MCA,UA is not a valuable method in predicting adverse outcome of fetuses with cord around neck in the late pregnancy period.
