摘要 选择了四氮杂大环铜催化的BZ化学振荡体系来测定对氨基水杨酸钠。该体系为:NaBrO3-苹果酸-H2SO4-[CuL](ClO4)2体系,其中L为5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮环杂十四-4,11-二烯。在实验中我们发现对氨基水杨酸钠的加入明显的改变了振荡体系的振幅和周期,浓度的对数与振幅的改变值A在4.97×10-7~1.96×10-4mol/L的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系。校正因子r=0.991 5,检测下限为1.96×10-7mol/L,相对标准偏差为4.6%。因此,我们建立了一种BZ化学振荡法测定对氨基水杨酸钠含量的分析方法,同时研究了该振荡体系和对氨基水杨酸钠之间的作用机理。 BZ oscillation system catalysted by tetraazamacro- cycle copper( Ⅱ ) [ CuLl (CIO4 )2 is used to determine sodi- um aminosalicylate. The system is NaBrO3-malicacid-H2SO4- [ CuLl ( C104 ) 2, where the ligand L in the complex is 5,7,7, 12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11 -tetraazacyclotetradeca-4,11 -dine. It is founded that sodium aminosalicylate can change the amplitude and period of the oscillation system significantly and the change of the oscillation amplitude was linearly pro- portional to the concentration of logarithm of the sodium amin- osalicylate very well in the range from 4.97 × 10^-7 to 1.96 ×10 ^-4 mol/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0. 991 5. The de- tection limit is 1.96× 10^-7 mol/L and the relative standard deviation is 4.6%. Therefore,a method for the determination of sodium aminosalicylate based on chemical oscillation was established and the mechanism between the oscillation system and the sodium aminosalicylate was elucidated,
