摘要 为了研究蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶的抑制作用,设计并合成了标题化合物。此化合物的合成是通过卤化、取代、胍基化和脱保护基4步反应,其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和MS表征。 A novel inhibitor of protein arginine methyltrans-ferases (PRMTs) has been designed and synthesized. The synthetic approach involved a four-step reaction, halogena- tion, substitution, guanidinylation and deprotection. The prod- uct was confirmed by ~HNMR,t3CNMR and MS.
