摘要
报道了以三氟三氯乙烷和乙醇钠乙醇溶液为原料,在高压釜中合成标题化合物的新方法。通过单因素实验确定了该方法的较优合成条件为:三氟三氯乙烷和乙醇钠的物质的量比为1∶5.5,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为9 h,此时目标产物的收率可达77.7%。该合成方法操作简单,反应条件较为温和。
A new method for the synthesis of orthodichloroace- tic acid triethyl ester by the reaction of 1,1,1-trichlorotriflu- oroethane and sodium alcoholate solution in autocave was re- ported. The optimistic reaction conditions confirmed by single factor method were as follows:the molar ratio of 1,1, l-tri- chlorotrifluoroethane to sodium alcoholate was 1 : 5.5, the re- action temperature and time were 140℃ and 9 h respectively. The yield could reach to 77.7%. The characters of thissyn- thetic method is simple operation and mild reaction conditions that is suitable for industrial production.
