纱线线密度及质量不匀率自动测试装置及方法

Automatic test device and test method for yarn linear density and weight eveness

针对现有纱线线密度测试装置所存在的缺陷,研制纱线线密度及质量不匀率自动测试装置。此装置主要包括电子称量、弹簧线性加压、电子计长、变频卷绕及控制等。介绍了利用该装置进行纱线线密度及质量不匀率测试的程序和方法。以涤纶/粘胶(65/35)筒子纱和精梳棉/涤纶(50/50)管纱为例,采用此装置与传统缕纱测长机进行线密度对比实验。实践证明:此装置测试结果准确度达99.6%,而传统缕纱测长机测试结果准确度仅为95%,在线密度及质量不匀率测试中可保证纱线连续无废纱产生,且测试方便,体积小,具有较高的应用及推广价值。

Aiming at the defects which exist in present yarn linear density test device,an automatic test device about yarn linear density and weight eveness was developed.This device included electronic balance,spring linear pressure,electronic calculation length,frequency conversion winding and controller.Test procedures and methods about linear density and weight eveness were introduced using this device.A linear density contrast test was performed taking T/R65/35 bobbin yarns and JC/T50/50 tube yarn for example,and practice showed： its accuracy of the test results was 99.6%,while the test results accuracy using traditional device was only 95%,test process was convenient,yarn was continuous,waste yarn generation is prevented,and the test device also had smaller volume,and so had higher application and promotion value.
