This paper analyzes the necessity of the copyright valuation of profit digital library. The system is based on two quantitative methods and market - based method, and the feedback is added to combination - forecast the result of the assessment. It uses VB6.0 ＋ Access integrated development model to establish a low - cost, strong - interoperability, user -friendly copyright valuation system to valuate the copyright in profit digital libraries.
