摘要
目的:评估用Catwalk步态分析仪评估瑞芬太尼引起的大鼠术后痛觉过敏的可行性。方法:雄性SD大鼠16只,随机分为对照组(C组)和瑞芬太尼组(R组)。均建立切口痛模型。C组及R组分别静脉注射生理盐水0.2mL及瑞芬太尼6μg/kg后建立切口痛模型,切开后分别持续尾静脉泵注生理盐水2mL/h及瑞芬太尼1.0μg/(kg·min),时间1h。于术前24h、术后2h、1d、2d、3d(T0-T4)时点测定步态参数及机械缩足阈值。结果:与术前24h比较,C组及R组术后术侧脚印面积缩小、站立时相持续时间缩短、举步时相持续时间延长、举步速度降低、机械缩足阈值降低。R组大鼠术后机械缩足阈值较C组降低,两组间CatWalk步态参数无统计学差异。结论:瑞芬太尼可增强切口痛大鼠术后痛觉过敏程度,但对切口痛大鼠的步态无显著影响。CatWalk步态分析仪用于评估瑞芬太尼诱导的术后痛觉过敏灵敏度不够。
Objective To investigate the effect of remifentanil on the gait of rats in incisional pain model.Methods Sixteen male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups(n = 8 in each group):control group(C) and remifentanil group(R).The incisional pain model was used in each group.In group R,remifentanil(6 μg/kg) was intravenously injected before incision and 1.0 μg/(kg·min) was pumped intravenously for 1 hour after incision;Accordingly,saline with the same volume was administered in group C.All rats were tested with von Frey filaments and the CatWalk at 24 hours before incision and 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation(T0-T4).Results Compared with the baseline of pre-incision,print area,stance phase,swing speed and MWT of the injured paw decreased significantly,and swing phase of the injured paw were increased significantly after incision both in group C and group R.Compared with group C,MWT in group R decreased significantly.However,gait parameters including stance,swing,swing speed and print area had no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Our study demonstrates that there is no significant difference in gait parameters between control group(C) and remifentanil group(R).The CatWalk is not sensitive for assessment of remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia.
