瘤胃非降解蛋白小肠消化率测定方法及影响因素的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本试验采用移动尼龙袋法、原始的三步体外法和改进的三步体外法测定了不同产地10种饲料的瘤胃非降解蛋白(R UP)小肠消化率,并对体外法测定结果与移动尼龙袋法测定结果做相关分析,旨在研究产地对不同饲料RUP小肠消化率的影响及寻找替代移动尼龙袋法测定饲料RUP小肠消化率的简便方法。试验材料选用不同产地豆粕、葵花粕、棉粕、菜粕、芝麻粕、大麦、麦麸、玉米、米糠、米糠粕。选用3头带有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管奶牛(体况良好,体重相似),瘤胃降解试验和移动尼龙袋试验均采用3×3拉丁方设计。结果表明:产地对豆粕、芝麻粕、大麦、麦麸、米糠粕、玉米RUP小肠消化率有影响。改进三步体外法与移动尼龙袋法测定结果强相关(R2=0.8089,P<0.05)。改进的三步体外法替代移动尼龙袋法测定R UP小肠消化率是可行的。
