移植协调员胜任特征分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过职能分析法和行为事件访谈法提取了移植协调员的胜任特征:影响力、组织认知、关系建立、捐献者服务导向、人际理解力、灵活性、道德与原则、自我控制、使命导向、计划性、主动性、信息搜集、成就导向、专业知识、分析推理能力、概念式思考、团队合作和培养协调团队,并根据移植协调员的实际情况对18个胜任特征进行了定义。该文是进一步构建移植协调员胜任力模型的基础,对于指导移植协调员选拔、培训和实际工作具有重要意义。
