伴随着煤炭资源的大规模快速开发,矿井可行性研究报告的编制已成为煤矿设计单位大量而重要的前期工作。报告的编制质量对项目的设计任务、业主投资的决策以及项目能否顺利通过核准至关重要。文章针对矿井可行性研究报告编制中出现的问题进行了分析探讨,并阐述了编制可行性研究报告一些相应的体会,其论述对矿井可行性研究报告的编制有一定借鉴意义。

With the large scale and rapid development of the coal resources,the preparation of the mine feasibility study report became a large and important prophase work of the coal mine design unit.The preparation quality of the report would be a critical important to design mission of the project,decision of the owner investment and project to be successfully approved or not.The paper had an analysis and discussion on the problems occurred in the preparation of the mine feasibility study report and stated some relative preparation comments of the mine feasibility study report.The statement of the paper would have certain significances to the preparation of the mine feasibility study report.
