煤炭矿区建设项目造价控制模式研究

Study on Cost Management Mode of Construction Project in Coal Mining Area

文章尝试性地给出了一种工程造价管理模式——工作流程式全过程动态造价管理模式。首先针对煤炭矿区建设项目的内在特征,对比分析国内外工程造价管理模式,剖析我国煤炭矿区建设项目工程造价管理中的具体问题,然后分别从建设项目设计阶段、招标阶段、施工结算阶段三个阶段阐述工作流程式全过程动态造价管理模式,最后探讨未来实施该模式的改革思路,并给出一些建议。

The paper tried to provide a project cost management mode-a work process type full procedure dynamic cost management mode.According to the intrinsic features of the construction projects in a coal mining area,the paper compared and analyzed the project cost management modes at home and abroad and analyzed certain problems occurred in the project cost management of the construction project in China coal mining area.Then from the design phase,bidding phase and construction settlement phase of the construction project,the paper stated a working process type full procedure dynamic cost management mode.Finally,the paper discussed the reform idea to implement the mode in the future and provided some proposals.
