生产性服务贸易与全球价值链提升研究综述

Review of Producer Service Trade and the Enhancement of Global Value Chain

生产性服务贸易已成为世界贸易的主要支柱。发达国家目前仍是全球服务贸易的主导者,掌握着全球价值链的核心环节,处于高端地位,发展中国家停留在全球价值链的低端环节,甚至有些国家的国际分工地位出现了大幅度的下滑。可见,参与全球价值链的国际分工并不意味着发展中国家所处的价值链环节和分工地位必定会提升。文章梳理生产性服务贸易与全球价值链提升关系的相关文献,为发展中国家提升在全球价值链的地位提供参考。

The trade in producer services has become an important role in world trade.However,developed countries are still the leaders of the global trade in services,holding the core aspects and high-end of the global value chain.On the other hand,developing countries remain at the low-end of the global value chain with some counties seen declines in international position.This indicates that the participation of developing counties in the global value chain doesn＇t automatically improve their position in the value chain.This paper reviews the relevant literature on the relationship between the trade in producer services and the global value chain so as to provide references for improving developing countries＇ position in the global value chains.
