骨质疏松及维生素D与动脉硬化性心血管病 被引量：9

摘要 动脉硬化性血管病和骨质疏松是老年人群高发疾病。逐渐增加的证据显示，两者间存在密切关系。维生素D（Vi—taminD，VitD）是两者相互关联的重要中介。VitD具有开环甾分子结构，几乎所有类型细胞均有VitD受体，VitD通过弥散或与受体结合的方式进入细胞内，不但参与机体钙、
