脑电a波分析在焦虑求助者治疗和行为指导中作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脑电a波分析在焦虑求助者治疗中的指导作用。方法对焦虑救助者统一实施焦虑自评量表(SA S)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定入组后,再实施脑电检查,以脑电a波主频有无异常分为研究组和对照组。研究组以是否用脑电a波分析指导治疗随机分为研究组①和研究组②,研究组①的脑电分析指导为抗焦虑药+抗精神药+情绪稳定剂+心理行为治疗;研究组②不考虑脑电因素,与对照组一样实施抗焦虑药+心理行为治疗;3周后用SA S与HAMA量表对其疗效和依从性评定。结果研究组①和对照组治疗前后的SA S与HAMA的评定结果均差异显著(t=3.94,6.2;P<0.01;t=2.1,3.06;P<0.05,0.01);研究组2HAMA的评定结果差异不显著(t=1.19,P>0.05),SA S差异显著(t=2.1,P<0.05),治疗中3组的依从性差异显著(2χ=16.24,P<0.01),结论在焦虑求助者药物治疗选择和心理治疗中用脑电a波分析作指导,不仅缓解症状较快,且增加用药和心理行为治疗的依从性。 Objective To explore the instruction function of brain electricity α wave analysis on the treatment of anxious seeking-helper.Methods After anxious seeking-helper completed SAS,HAMA and EEG examination,they were divided into study group and control group.Study group included two groups according to instruction function of brain electricity α wave.Patients in study group 1 received EEG analysis instruction(anti-anxiety drugs+spirit+mood stabilizer+psychological and behavioral therapy);patients in study group 2 did not consider EEG factors the same as the control group(anti-anxiety drug + psychological and behavioral treatment);After 3 weeks,HAMA and SAS were used to assess efficacy and compliance.Results There were significant differences in SAS and HAMA scores between before and after treatment in study group 1 and the control group(t=3.94,6.2,P0.01;t=2.1,3.06;P0.05,0.01);there was significant difference only in SAS in study group 2(t=2.1,P0.05),there were significant difference in compliance between three groups(χ2=16.24,P0.01).Conclusion The instruction function of brain electricityαwave on anxious seeking-helper can not only relieve symptoms quickly,but also increase compliance of medication and psychological and behavioral treatment.
