精神分裂症患者家属病耻感及相关因素研究

Study on the Perceived Stigma and Its Related Factors in Family Members of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的了解精神分裂症患者家属的病耻感现状,探讨其相关因素。方法采用自尊量表及人际信任量表等,以便利抽样法对符合条件的78名家属进行匿名问卷调查。结果①精神分裂症患者家属的贬低-歧视感知得分为(2.91±0.57),与量表中点2.50比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.42,P=0.000);②病耻感感知水平与患者住院次数、受教育程度、家属职业、人际信任水平及宗教信仰等因素相关。结论精神分裂症患者家属具有较强的病耻感,患者住院次数多、家属人际信任度低等增加了病耻感的感知水平。

Objective To explore the perceived stigma and its related factors in family members of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 90 family members of patients with schizophrenia in a psychiatric hospital in Fuzhou were surveyed with the questionnaires including the perceived devaluation-discrimination scale（PDDS） and Self-esteem Scale（SES） and Interpersonal Trust Scale（ITS）.Results ①The average score of the perceived devaluation-discrimination scale was 2.91±0.57.It was significantly higher than the midpoint of 2.5（t=6.42,P=0.000）.②The related factors included frequency of patients＇ hospitalization,family members＇ education level,profession,the level of interpersonal trust and religious beliefs,and so on.Conclusion The family members of patients with schizophrenia suffer from high perceived stigma.Which are strengthened with frequency of patients＇ hospitalization and family members＇ low interpersonal trust.
