摘要 NK细胞是体内不同于T细胞和B细胞的一群淋巴细胞，由于其在机体抵抗病毒入侵及肿瘤防御方面发挥重要作用，现已成为肿瘤生物治疗的研究热点，以下将就NK细胞的来源、作用机制及目前NK细胞过继免疫治疗肿瘤的情况进行综述。 Along with T and B lymphocytes, Natural killer （NK） cells belong to the third subgroup of lymphocytes and play an essential role in cell-mediated immune defense against virus infection and tumors. Currently Adoptive NK cell Transfer has become a research hot spot on tumor biological therapy. This review discusses the source of NK cells, mechanisms of the action and recent development of NK cell adoptive immuno therapy for malignant tumor theraov.
