Four cases of nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola

目的报道4例痣样乳头乳晕角化过度症。方法收集和分析4例痣样乳头乳晕角化过度症患者的临床资料和组织病理学资料。结果4例患者中，女3例，男1例，平均年龄32岁，平均病程4．5年，均表现为乳头和（或）乳晕角化过度和疣状增生。组织病理检查：表皮角化过度，乳头瘤样增生，皮突延长。结论痣样乳头乳晕角化过度症是乳头乳晕角化过度症的一种亚型，临床较为少见，好发于年轻女性，临床和组织学都有一定特点。

Objective To report 4 cases of nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola. Methods Clinical and histopathological manifestations of 4 cases of nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola were observed and retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 4 patients, 1 was male and 3 were female. The average age and disease duration were 32 and 4.5 years respectively. All cases showed hyperkeratosis and verrucous hyperplasia of the nipple and/or areola. Histopathology showed epidermal hyperkeratosis, papillomatous hyperplasia and elongation of the epidermal rete ridges. Conclusions Nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola, a subtype of the hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola, is uncommon in clinic and occurs mainly in young women with characteristic clinical and histological features.
