苗药防感香囊对小鼠体重和死亡率的影响

The Effect of Miaoyao Anti-influenza Sachet on Weight and Death Rate

目的:观察苗药香囊对小鼠体重和死亡率的影响。方法:将60只正常昆明种雄性小鼠随机均分为香囊持续吸入组(A组)、玉屏风散阳性对照组(B组)、香囊间断吸入组(C组)、空白对照组(D组)和香囊持续吸入加玉屏风散组(E组);B、E组给予玉屏风散颗粒(20mg/10g/d)灌胃;A、C、D组给等体积生理盐水(NS)灌胃;A、E组持续吸入香囊,C组间断吸入香囊。4周后停止灌胃、吸入香囊,继续喂养小鼠11个月,观察小鼠的体重和死亡情况。结果:A、B、E组小鼠体重升高,与C、D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、E组两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、E组小鼠死亡率降低,与D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、E组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A、B、E组两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苗药香囊对机体有保护作用,其机制需进一步研究。

Objective：To observe the effect of Miaoyao anti-influenza sachet on weight and death rate.Methods：60 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into four groups： continuous inhaling Sachet group（group A,n = 10）,Yu-Ping-Feng powder positive control group（group B,n = 10）,discontinuous inhaling Sachet group（C group,n = 10） and control group（group D,n = 10）,continuous inhaling Sachet and Yu-Ping-Feng powder positive control group.group Group B was given Yu-Ping-Feng powder 0.2mg/10g？d-1 orally;Group A,C,and D were given the equal volume of saline（NS） orally;Group A were given Sachet continuous inhalation.Group C discontinuous inhaled.Group E were given Sachet continuous inhalation and Yu-Ping-Feng powder orally.After four weeks mice were stopping taking drugs and were fed on conventional eleven months to observe the effect of Miaoyao anti-influenza sachet on weight and death rate.Results：weight was significantly increased in A,B and E,as compare with C,D（P 〉0.05）.There is no statistically significant difference between A,B and E（P 〉0.05）,No significant difference existed between Group C and Group D（P 〉0.05）.Death rate was significantly decreased in A,B and E,as compare with D（P〈0.05）.Death rate was decreased in A,B and E,as compare with C（P〉0.05）.There is no statistically significant difference between C and D（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Miaoyao anti-influenza sachets have protective effect in mice,their protective mechanisms will be further studied.
