功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎320例临床分析

Analysis of 320 Cases of Sinusitis Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Rhino-sinusitis

目的:探讨功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:对接受鼻内镜鼻窦手术并按要求完成1年随访的320例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后随访1年以上,总有效率94.2%。结论:功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎安全有效,术者应根据患者的个体差异做好围手术期、手术中及术后随访的处理,以提高治愈率。

Objective：In discussion of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhino-sinusitis analysis treatment effection.Methods：On our department in April 2007 toDecember 2008 functional endoscopic sinus surgery patient as required to complete one year follow-up of 320 cases chronic rhino-sinusitis data of patients with sinusitis were reviewed retrospectively.Results：followed up more than 1 year,the total effective rate 94.2%.Conclusion：Functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhino-sinusitis is safe and effective procedure in patients who should be based on individual differences in well perioperative period,surgery and postoperative follow-up treatment,to improve the cure rate.
