简易导引管快速更换气管插管/气切套管临床研究

A Simple Guiding Duct to Rapid Exchange of Endotracheal Tube/Tracheostomy Tube

目的:研究探讨经简易导引管快速更换气管插管/气切套管成功率的判定作用。方法:100例更换气管插管/气切套管,结合纤维支气管镜检测结果判定气管插管成功率,简易导引管快速更换气管插管/气切套管组50例,普通常规更换气管插管/气切套管组50例,将两组更换时间指标进行比较分析。结果:简易导引管快速更换气管插管/气切套管组更换时间、并发症显著少于普通组,且该组中耗材费用显著低于普通组。结论:简易导引管快速更换气管插管/气切套管组可以更快速、便捷、准确地更换气管插管/气切套管,成功率高。

Objective：To study the determination on the success rate of rapid exchange of endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube via a simple guiding duct.Methods：100 patients exchanged endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube and it then determined the success rate of endotracheal tube with the test results of fibrobronchoscope.50 patients received the rapid exchange of endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube via a simple guiding duct,while other 50 patients received the routine exchange of endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube.Compared and analyzed the indicator of exchange time for these two groups.Results：The group that received the rapid exchange of endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube via a simple guiding duct was significantly better than the one that received the routine exchange in the exchange time and complications,with significantly less consumable fees as well.Conclusion：The rapid exchange of endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube via a simple guiding duct can achieve the faster,more convenient and more precise exchange of endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube and thus enhance its success rate.
