慢性鼻窦炎与鼻部解剖异常的相关性研究

Correlational Research between Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Anatomic Abnormalities

目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎与鼻部解剖的异常情况的相关性,以供临床参考使用。方法:对84例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与同期体检的健康者资料进行比较,分析两者鼻部解剖结构是否有差异。结果:慢性鼻窦炎患者中,多出现中重度的鼻中隔偏曲,其钩突多表现异常,且有中鼻甲异常,患者筛泡较为肥大,且鼻丘有过度发育,部分患者还出现有眶下气房。与对照组比较,差异明显,P<0.05。结论:慢性鼻窦炎患者多伴有鼻部解剖结构的异常,医生可根据患者的CT等辅助对患者进行判断,以给予更好的治疗。

Objective：To investigate the chronic sinusitis and nasal anatomic abnormalities of relevance for clinical reference.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2010 to July 2011 treated 84 patients with chronic sinusitis,the clinical data,and compared the health examination in our hospital by comparison of data,analysis of both nasal anatomy whether there are differences.Results：The patients with chronic sinusitis,and more appear in its severe deviated septum,the uncinate process showed more abnormal,and there is the middle turbinate abnormalities,patients with more mast ethmoid bulla,and agger excessive development,some patients have orbital also appears under the gas chambers.Compared with the control group,significant differences,P0.05,significant difference.Conclusion：Patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal anatomy more abnormal,the doctor can assist patients and CT in patients judged to give better treatment.
