内镜下注射止血联合药物治疗消化性溃疡并出血的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Endoscopic Injection of Bleeding Combined Drug Therapy in Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

目的:分析比较内镜下联合药物注射治疗和单纯药物治疗对消化性溃疡出血的临床治疗效果。方法:随机选取60例经过内镜检查证实有消化性溃疡并且消化道出血的急症患者并分为两组,即联合药物注射组和单一服药组。两组都注射制酸剂,联合药物组注射多种药物,单一服药组只需服用药物。结果:经过统计法(无差异)比对,单一服药组患者再出血率、手术率、死亡率均明显高于联合药物注射组,并且住院时间长,患者负担重,生活质量低。结论:内镜下联合药物注射治疗消化道出血溃疡的效果明显好于单一服药组,是临床急诊首选的治疗方法。

Objective：To study the endoscopic injection therapy and combination drug therapy alone for treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage contrast,as well as analysis of two clinical efficacy of treatment.Methods：Sixty patients after endoscopic surveillance examination confirmed acute gastrointestinal bleeding and peptic ulcer patients were divided into two groups,namely the joint drug injection group and a single medication groups.Both groups injected antacids and combined with drug group was injected with a variety of drugs,medication group only a single medication.Results：After statistical method,the single drug group has a higher rate of re-bleeding,surgery,mortality,which was significantly higher than the combined drug injection group,and long hospital stay,patient burden,quality of life is low.Conclusion：Endoscopic injection of drug therapy in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding ulcer was significantly better than single drug treatment group.It is the preferred method of treatment of clinical emergency.
