摘要
旅游规划始于１９５９年的夏威夷，但旅游规划的理论却一直处于局部研究的、滞后于实践的水平。本文通过探讨旅游规划的理论基础、旅游规划理论的性质、旅游规划理论的体系和旅游规划理论体系的功能，希望旅游规划理论的发展能进入整体研究的新阶段。
The theories of tourism planning are always partial and lagging, although tourism planning began in 1959. This paper discusses the foundation, the nature, the system and its function of tourism planning theories, with hoping that the theory of tourism planning develop into a new stage of holistic research.
