摘要
高技派建筑已经由单纯重视建筑功能的灵活性和显示高科技艺术转向重视环境、文化传统与生态平衡。以Ｎ．福斯特和Ｒ、皮亚诺为代表的一批建筑师近年的作品说明了这点，柏林国会大厦则是生态建筑的突出代表。
