摘要
本文分析了国内外高校图书馆面向社会开放的现状,从思想观念、法律依据、服务程度、服务方式四个方面进行分析,探讨了国外高校图书馆社会化服务对我国的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the status of opening to society of university libraries at home and abroad.And it analyses the reference for China from aspects of ideas,legal basis,service degree,and service ways.
