This paper introduces the Radio Frequency Identification（RFID）＇s concept, development status, application advantages and critical issues in the high school library etc. Then it proposes a scheme of RFID in the library of Nankai University. This scheme includes the function plan and the design of network topology. At last, it reveals that the construction of RFID in the high school library is benefit to the improvement of librarys working efficiency, the convenience of readers, the promotion of library＇s service level and quality.
