以共享运动理念促进我国青少儿足球发展

Promotion Children's Football Development by Sharing the Movement Concept

面对满目疮痍的中国足球,需要构建全面、长效、可持续发展的可操作性机制。通过回顾改革开放以来中国足球发展历史,认为中国足球的症结在青少年早已是全社会的共识,"足球从娃娃抓起"的朴素观念已提出近60年,但青少儿足球后备人才培养体系仍未建立,方法性的措施至今无从着手,足球现实发展更是处处碰壁。借助体育人文观,提出"共享运动"的青少儿足球发展新理念,强调体育事业的公益属性。通过学习日本等足球发达国家的先进经验,构建由体育行政部门牵头,教育、民政、新闻出版、共青团等相关职能部门共同参与,全社会共同关注足球公共体育服务体系,建立学校—社会—家庭相联的青少儿足球人才培养网络,这将成为中国足球未来发展的基础。

Facing the ravaged China football,what we need to do is neither eager for quick success and instant benefit nor turn a blind eye,but establishes a long-term and continuous development of operational mechanism.That the crux of the Chinese football is in youth is already all social consensus,the regularity of the ideas＂football should start from children＂have been put forward for nearly 60 years,but so far no method,the reality development meet rejection everywhere.Borrowed with sports humane view put forward＂sharing movement＂as children＇s soccer development new idea,promote the combination of departments of the government,with the joint focus of the whole society,the construction of the public sports service system,and set up the school-family-society associated children＇s football talent training network,this will be the future of China＇s football.
