由于设备老化,装车楼786-2#液压泵站喷油也就成了平常事,2009年8月上旬就喷了2次,每次加液压油量在380kg之上。针对液压油浪费严重、补油困难等实际情况,对现有的低油位保护开关进行改造,并通过增加部分元件来减少喷油量,以达到缩短检修时间的目的。

Because the equipment is getting older,the load building 786-2 hydraulic pressure pumping station oil leak has also become the everyday event.It has spurted two times in early August in 2009,each time oil leak quantity is above 380kg.In view of the hydraulic fluid waste,refuels difficultly and so on actual situations,makes the careful transformation to the existing low oil level protection switch control system,simultaneously increases the hydraulic element to reduce the oil leak in order to shorten the overhaul time.
