摘要
首先对脱硫灰的化学成分、物理特性和活性特点进行了分析,然后多次进行了以脱硫灰为主要原料,加入适量水泥,掺入适量激发剂、硅藻土和减水剂,制备干粉砂浆的正交优化试验。并研究将其应用于砂浆的可能性及其社会、环境、经济效益,对于实现脱硫灰的大规模工业化利用具有重要意义。
This article first to the desulphurization ash's chemical composition,the physical property and the active characteristic has carried on the analysis,then many times has carried on take the desulphurization ash as the primary data,joins the right amount cement,mixes in the right amount excitant,the diatomaceous earth and the water reducing agent,the preparation dried noodles mortar orthogonal optimization experiment.It applies in the mortar possibility and the society,the environment,the economic efficiency are studied,regarding realizes the desulphurization ash large-scale industrialization use to have the important meaning.
