摘要
为了降低油耗,提高汽车的动力性能,在发动机功率额定的条件下,关键在增加水箱散热器的散热功率,近年来,新型高效的铝制水箱散热器以其抗变形能力强,适用介质广,承受压力高,抗冲击、抗扭曲性能好,重量轻、散热效率高等优点逐步取代了铜制水箱散热器,对铝制散热带制造技术的研究,具有很重要的现实意义。
In order to reduce fuel consumption and improve the car's dynamic performance,the engine power rating of the condition,the key lies in increasing the cooling power of the radiator tank.In recent years,new high efficiency aluminum radiator with its strong resistance to deformation for medium wide under pressure,impact resistance,distortion performance,light weight,high efficiency heat and gradually replaced the copper radiator,with the manufacturing technology of aluminum heat study has very important practical significance.
