伽玛刀磁共振定位皮肤灼伤与感染的多因素分析

Multiple factors for skin adustum and infection incidence during magnetic resonance localization before gamma knife radiosurgery

摘要 目的探讨伽玛刀磁共振定位中皮肤灼伤与感染的多种危险因素。方法采用单因素及非条件logistic回顾性分析方法,对病例资料进行对照研究,筛查分析与伽玛刀磁共振定位中皮肤灼伤与感染的多种危险因素。结果 2010年2月-2011年3月医院伽玛刀磁共振定位中手术治疗病例的创口感染发生率11.9%,磁共振射频能量、头钉固定处脂肪厚度、伴有糖尿病为伽玛刀磁共振定位中皮肤灼伤与感染的重要因素。结论伽玛刀磁共振定位能通过控制磁共振射频能量影响参数、选择合适的头钉固定处、合理的预防性应用抗菌药物措施,降低皮肤灼伤与感染发生率。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the related factors for the skin adustum and infection after MR localization.METHODS By adopting the case-control study and screening analysis,its related factors for skin adustum and infection incidence during MR localization were analyzed by single-factor and non-conditional Logistic regression.RESULTS The incidence of incision infection wound was 11.9% from Feb 2010 to Mar 2011,which had a significant correlation with magnetic resonance radio frequency energy,the fat thickness of head nail fixed and diabetes.CONCLUSION By properly adjusting the SAR parameters,choosing the right head nail fixed place and using prophylactic antibiotics reasonably,we can obviously reduce the skin adustum and infection rate of patients.
