疫情报告管理与对策

Management and countermeasures of epidemic report

目的为了解医院传染病疫情报告管理状况,提高医院疫情报告质量。方法对6287例传染病患者的疫情报告管理进行了回顾性调查和分析。结果 2004-2010年报告各类传染病共29种,报告病例数5710例,报告率为90.82%,漏报病例数577例,漏报率为9.18%,居前3位分别为病毒性肝炎、肺结核及梅毒,以病毒性肝炎居传染病报告首位;由于加强了传染病疫情报告管理制度的落实,及时报告率从86.84%提高到95.45%。结论通过对传染病漏报原因的分析,提出相应对策,不断完善传染病疫情报告管理制度和措施,加强传染病疫情报告的监管。

OBJECTIVE To improve the epidemic report quality of infectious diseases in the hospital after learning about its management status.METHODS Retrospective investigation and analysis of epidemic situation reporting management of 6287 patients with contagious diseases were performed.RESULTS From 2004 to 2010,a total of 29 kinds of infectious diseases in 5710 patients have been reported with reporting rate of 90.82%,and there were 577 cases failed to report with the missing report rate of 9.18%;the top three infectious diseases were viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,and syphilis,and the viral hepatitis ranked the first place of the infectious diseases reported;the timely reporting rate rose from 86.84% to 95.45%.CONCLUSION Through analyzing the reasons for missing reports of infectious diseases and proposing countermeasures accordingly,the reporting management system and measures can be continuously improved and the reporting supervision can be enhanced.
